How to backup contacts on iPhone 4 to Mac address book

Make a plan and do something that you have no time to do on working day but on the weekend. This weekend, I have a plan, which is backup my computer and portable devices. Although I can say that most of my files are (relatively) safe and sound because my Mac do not have any virus, who knows what will happen.

I make a copy of my Mac documents external hard drive. Or upload video and photo to flickr and Facebook. For some of the music and video, I back up them on several external hard drive (because I have no money to them again), But my Mac, the only thing not backed up may just be the most important: iPhone 4.

Step 1: Get started

From the Apple website, we know that a vCard, or "virtual address card," is a standard method of exchanging data between applications. Address Book can create and read vCards, so if you have another application that also works with the vCard format, you can import or export addresses as vCards.
You can copy the backup file from Windows PC to Mac with USB drive.
To add someone else's vCard to your address book, drag it into the Address Book Window.
